We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Realtor to join and lead our real estate vertical. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, building relationships with clients and closing deals. Your expertise in the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and dedication to client satisfaction will contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough discussions with clients to grasp their real estate requirements, preferences, and financial factors. Offer knowledgeable guidance on market conditions, pricing, and potential alternatives.
  • Mainly focused on Off plan properties including buying and selling

  • Create and execute impactful marketing plans to enhance the visibility of properties that are listed for sale.
  • Employ digital marketing instruments and social media platforms to optimize the visibility of properties.
  • Arrange and carry out property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Accentuate the distinctive attributes and advantages of each property as well as attend to client inquiries and address concerns throughout property tours.
  • Negotiate buying contracts and lease terms on behalf of clients.
  • Foster communication between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually advantageous agreements.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive properties.
  • Prepare and review real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, or a track record of successful sales.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A network of high-net-worth clients and industry contacts.
  • RERA registered.
